For more than 3 decades, Ranchwood owner Greg Hostetler and his wife Cathie have steadily diversified their businesses, delving into almond farming, homebuilding, land development, heavy equipment, transportation and wine grape vineyards. They have committed themselves to businesses that adhere to the highest standards and offer preeminent products and services.

The thriving business which is now one of the largest homebuilder employers in the valley, is complemented by a transportation company that handles both on-site and off-site development for Ranchwood Homes and other businesses. The owners also operate Hostetler Ranches, which includes 10,000 acres of almonds, vineyards and grain crops. Among the wine grapes grown in the vineyards are Chardonnay, Cabernet, Zinfandel, Syrah, Grenache and French Columbard.
