In its new home communities, the land development process begins with extensive planning and the completion of necessary underground improvements. Ranchwood Contractors then readies the subdivision for the homebuilding division by completing the curb, gutter, sidewalk, paving and landscaping as required for acceptance by each government agency. Once approved and accepted, the lots are ready for residential home construction.

Ranchwood Contractors has approximately 700 pieces of equipment, extensive industry knowledge and a staff of seasoned professionals to undertake all projects. In addition to the thousands of residential lots the company has developed over the years, the company's operators and equipment also are routinely called upon to perform commercial work for school districts, cities, counties and other commercial entities.
