The Ranchwood Customer Service Department has contracted with a dedicated team at Professional Home Warranty Services (“PHWS”) to administer customer care and warranty services for all eligible Ranchwood homes.

PHWS is an independent third party company consisting of quality customer service representatives specializing in customer care and warranty services. PHWS will be your single point of contact for handling warranty service requests and will also serve as the 24-hour call center for any emergencies related to warranty services for your home.

If you should have any questions, concerns or would like to request warranty service, please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated account representative at PHWS, Mr. Ray Emnace. Ray is available to assist you personally Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. All warranty requests should be submitted via telephone through the following appropriate contact information:
