The Ranchwood Customer Service/Warranty Department consists of a dedicated team responsible for satisfying "New Home Warranty" claims. To Show how committed Ranchwood is to every one of our homebuyers the Customer Service/Warranty Department conducts New Homeowner orientations before move - in, again after 30 days and a final home inspection 11 months after closing. These steps are part of Ranchwood's Perfect Ten program to ensure the satisfaction and education needed to maintain your new home.
Our in-house "Customer Service/Warranty Department", consisting of quality customer service representatives is the first line of contact for our new homeowners. Following Ranchwood's procedures, Customer Service will document and file homeowner warranty claims, dispatch service technicians and set appointments as needed. If a warranty claim form is filed Ranchwood has several highly qualified field service technicians to service our new homeowners and make any necessary repairs. Part of our commitment to our homeowners is ensuring that we handle all claims in a timely manner, which is why Ranchwood will handle your claim within 36 hours of receipt, whenever possible.
